Becca was born and raised in rural Nova Scotia before moving to San Pedro, Belize at 12 — spending her teenage years on the second largest barrier reef in the world, racing sailboats and captaining the Belize female national basketball team. She came back to Nova Scotia at 18 and spent years exploring the province before choosing Cape Breton Island as home. She now lives rurally on the coast with her husband Ryan and their dog Piper.
That contrast — reef to river, Caribbean to Celtic, warm to wild — is the heartbeat of everything she creates. Her content is deeply rooted in place, emotional truth, and the kind of storytelling that makes people feel something real.
As a Destination Cape Breton official ambassador, Becca brings the kind of authentic regional voice that can not be manufactured. Her content has reached over 15 million people in 90 days, not because it is optimized, but because it is real.
